Although Kathy is a sellers agent primarily, she was willing to help me find my house. I had contacted her about a house she had listed and after deciding it wasn't the one for me, she helped me find one that I couldn't pass up. In the end, she helped me find a house I truly wanted instead of pressuring me to buy one of the houses she had listed. I was incredibly impressed by her, her knowledge of the area, and her compassion. In the real estate business, it feels like more often than not, people get pressured. I never felt like that with Kathy at all. Very thankful for her and finding her.

Kathy takes an interest in your family. For instance, when I was ready to stop our search and rent for six months she recognized that we would be miserable. "Maisy (ourdog) will hate that. You will hate an apartment." She ended up finding us a house with a dog door and it was the right answer and very LOW price for us. She didn't care that our budget was under $100K.

At one point we wanted to look at nicer homes and she was so patient as we discarded one after another. Three and a half years later we left Springfield and she sold our house in 24 hours after convincing us to set an asking price for $5000 more than we wanted to. She is great! Trust her.

Kathy has great experience and easy to communicate with. I have requested her twice. I have bought a home through her and also sold a home. When I listed my home with her, I had a contract on it in under 24 hours! I recommend Kathy highly.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kathy when purchasing property and also selling property. She has been in the Springfield area most of her life and she knows the area very well. She is quite knowledgeable about real estate and what it takes to prepare a property for sale. Kathy also knows if a property is priced right and how to negotiate for her clients. Closings are a piece of cake because she works hard to make sure all of the parties have what they need ahead of time. Surprises are rare because she is always on top of her game.
